Using our well honed set of skills and experience, we are able to offer sound advice to food and beverage operators who find themselves wishing to expand but without the knowledge to know what steps to take next. We understand the fundamentals of a successful restaurant and can advise on all commercial aspects of your business from recruitment and training to property acquisitions and marketing.

As well as being able to advise both Operators and Landlords independently on projects, we are well placed to facilitate conversations between both parties to achieve a workable outcome. An outcome that establishes a strong relationship and creates long term sustainability. Building understanding of business models between both parties improves the decision making process for both sides.

I have known Sarah for many years and have had the pleasure of working with her in several businesses. Sarah has worked on a number of major development regeneration projects at Hammerson, setting the catering and leisure strategy. Acting as key relationship manager for all F+B and leisure brands, she successfully managed her team to ensure timely project delivery and brand alignment.
Sarah has provided operator insight into design layout and catering services which has set the letting and operational strategies, whilst supporting the delivery programme. She has collaborated efficiently with the wide development team both internal and external stakeholders, together with onsite construction teams.
Sarah is well liked and has is highly respected by her colleagues.
